The space

You will have access to the private gym and game room furnished with a pool table, ping-pong and darts, and our 4K home theatre. There are two walkouts to the front deck with a hot tub, a swimming pool, a BBQ zone and an ample seating area for you to enjoy the warm days of spring and summer. Also, get ready to take in clear night skies full of brilliant constellations from the hot tub.

The main floor features a roomy living area with a flat-screen TV, highly comfortable sofas and large waterside windows that fill the space with natural light. There is enough space here for everyone to lounge together.

Our rooms are built for you to enjoy a luxurious time. There are 6 bedrooms ensuite with an extra 2 half baths. Our space comfortably accommodates up to 16 people. Each room has its walk-in closet. There are two master bedrooms furnished with feature king-size beds with Marshall Mattresses and 4-piece bathrooms. The first has a walkout to the pool and a hot tub, while the second has a private balcony. One of the other bedrooms has a private terrace with patio furniture.

The classic French kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you'd find at home. These include a coffee maker and a double-door fridge, wine and beverage Sub-Zero fridges with plenty of room for your vacation groceries and drinks. It has a vintage Lacanche French oven, a washing machine, microwave, and all the necessary kitchenware and cleaning products that make it a home-away-from-home. The kitchen is built to cater to the needs of even the most exquisite culinary tastes. You can enjoy your meals at the breakfast island or a large harvest table for everyone to gather together.

There is a BBQ zone and patio furniture on the deck to enjoy mornings full of sunshine and cozy evenings. Your children are not left behind with their enjoyment guaranteed with excellent play tools. They will have a great time enjoying the swing, kayaks, and SUP. Your pets will feel free to run around and explore the premises.

Guest access

Please be advised that the garage, boathouse and a couple of walk-in closets in master bedrooms will be locked and not accessible during your stay. These areas are used for storage purposes only and do not contain any items that you will need during your visit. The rest of the house, including the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and outside area will be fully accessible and at your disposal. We have made sure that the house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including linens, towels, and basic kitchen appliances.

When you arrive, we'll kindly ask you to sign a rental agreement that outlines the terms of your stay and house rules. This agreement is designed to facilitate a smooth visit and protect both you and the property. BEACH ACCESS:

• Adult (13+): $20 per person, plus taxes and fees.
• Child (12 and under): $10 per child, plus taxes and fees.

Beach access wristbands can be purchased or received daily at the Outdoor Adventure Centre.

Wristbands are valid for full-day access on the day they are obtained only.

The purchase of Beach access wristbands can be completed utilizing credit or debit cards.

Visitors can bring their own beach towel, beach chair and umbrella for their personal use on the beach. Pop-up tents, shade tents, BBQs and alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

*Watercraft Rentals are located on the Beach through our Recreation Department and can be reserved on a walk-up, first come, first serve basis the day of your visit.
